Logging into TeleReport


Before you can listen to reports over a telephone, you must log into TeleReport using your numeric user ID and password.


To log into TeleReport


Dial into the TeleReport system. 

At the prompt, enter the user ID and password provided by your system administrator. 

Press the pound key (#). 


Listening to Reports


Before listening to existing reports, you must first select the correct patient by entering the patient's MRN or the patient's last name.

 

To listen to reports

 

If there is only one report, go to step 3. 

If there are multiple reports, the status and creation date for the newest report in the list are played first. 

To select the current report, press 1. 

To listen to details for the next report in the list, press 2. 

To exit the report selection menu, press *. 

To select a new patient, press 1. 


From the patient selection menu, select the patient by MRN or by patient last name.


To exit the system, press 2. 

You may now hang up the phone.


After you select a report: 

To listen to the report in text-to-speech conversion, press 1. 

To listen to the original audio (if available), press 3. 

During report playback, to pause the playback, press *. While paused: 

To rewind one sentence and continue the playback, press 4. 

To advance one sentence and continue playback, press 6. 

To resume playback, press #. 

To end playback, press *. 

At the end of the report playback: 

To start the report playback again, press #. 

Repeat step 4.


To return to the report selection menu, press *. 

If more reports exist, repeat steps 2 to 5. 

If no more reports exist:

 

To select a new patient, press 1. 

To exit the system, press 2. 

You may now hang up the phone.
